At Shelvino, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Solid Oak Wine Racks and Integrated Home Bar Systems. We want you to feel as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your space, which is why we have established a clear, fair, and transparent return process to ensure your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a straightforward return policy to give you peace of mind.

  • Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Standards: To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, certain items are ineligible for return. This includes products that are categorized as intimate or sanitary goods (such as specialized cleaning brushes or wine preservation accessories) once their original protective seal or hygienic packaging has been opened. Additionally, any item that is not in its original, resalable condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be accepted for a refund.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—completely new, unused, and unassembled.
  • Condition Requirements: All original packaging, hardware, and instruction manuals must be included. Given the weight and premium nature of our solid oak furniture, the return packaging must be secured properly to ensure no damage occurs during the return transit. Items that show signs of installation (such as screw marks or scratches) or are returned in compromised packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To ensure your return is processed efficiently and reaches the correct facility, we utilize a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.

  1. Contact Us: Please send an email to [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a unique RMA code and the specific Return Address for your package.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package your wine rack and clearly mark the RMA code on the outside of the box.
CRITICAL NOTICE: Please do not send items back to the sender’s address listed on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns sent blindly to our administrative office or logistics facilities cannot be tracked or processed, and may result in the forfeiture of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Merchant Responsibility): If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent the incorrect model, Shelvino will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage/defect so we can provide a pre-paid return label.
  • Customer Remorse or Change of Mind (Customer Responsibility): If you decide you no longer want the item, selected the wrong size for your collection, or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in honest pricing and fair service. Unlike many furniture retailers, Shelvino does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 Restocking Fee). We want the return process to be as stress-free as possible, ensuring you are not penalized for finding the right fit for your home.

Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

  • Bank Processing Time: While we issue the refund instantly upon approval, please note that most banks and credit card issuers require 3 – 10 business days to post the funds back to your account.

Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention

  • Cancellation Window: We strive for rapid fulfillment. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After this 12-hour window, the order may have already entered the shipping and handling phase. In such cases, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
  • Fraud Prevention: To protect our community, Shelvino reserves the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, such as returning a different item than what was purchased or returning items that have been significantly used or damaged by the customer.
