Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To maintain our high standards of quality control and ensure the structural integrity of our solid wood products during transit, Shelvino currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
Special Address Restrictions:
Due to the significant weight and dimensions of our solid oak furniture, as well as the fragile nature of our integrated glassware displays, our primary carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO (Military) addresses. We require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure your handcrafted items are handled with the specialized care they require. We appreciate your understanding in helping us guarantee a successful delivery.
Transparent Shipping Rates
We believe in a straightforward and honest shopping experience with no hidden surcharges. Our shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order subtotal before taxes and are clearly displayed during the checkout process:
- Orders over $160.00: Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under $160.00: Flat Rate of $20.00
The price you see at checkout is the final shipping cost—guaranteed.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To help you plan your space for your new collection, we provide a precise breakdown of our delivery schedule. All times are based on the Eastern Time (EST/EDT) zone, reflecting our Tennessee-based operations.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST/EDT). Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 3 Business Days. During this period, our team performs a final quality inspection and secures your items with reinforced packaging.
- Transit Time (Logistics): 5 – 12 Business Days. Your order will be transported via our trusted partners: UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Total Estimated Delivery Time Formula:
Handling Time (1-3 Days) + Transit Time (5-12 Days) = 6 – 15 Business Days Total.
Order Tracking & Logistics Updates
Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal. Please note that tracking information typically requires 24 to 48 hours to activate and update within the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments:
If your order includes multiple large items or a mix of in-stock and pre-order products, your items may arrive in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. You will receive unique tracking information for each parcel dispatched.
Address Accuracy & Package Security
Customer Responsibility:
It is essential that the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% accurate. Shelvino cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries, lost packages, or additional re-routing fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Missing Packages:
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local building management first. If the package remains missing, you must contact the local carrier branch to initiate an investigation. While we are happy to assist in providing documentation for your claim, Shelvino is not responsible for packages once they are officially marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged in Transit Claims
Given the craftsmanship and materials involved in our wine storage systems, we take extreme care in our packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps for a rapid resolution:
- Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- If damage is found, take clear photos of the external packaging and the damaged product.
- Send these photos along with your Order Number to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
We will prioritize your case and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
