• Natural Variations: Because we utilize authentic hardwoods, each wine rack possesses unique grain patterns and knots. These natural variations are a mark of high-quality organic material and are not considered defects.

Craftsmanship & Shipping Tolerances

As our collection includes handcrafted elements and heavy-duty storage systems, customers must acknowledge the following inherent attributes:

• Dimensional Consistency: Due to the nature of wood craftsmanship and assembly, a minor tolerance of up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) in dimensions is considered standard and within acceptable industry limits.
• Structural Safety: For all wall-mounted wine racks and floating shelves, the responsibility for proper installation rests solely with the purchaser. Shelvino is not liable for any structural failure or damage resulting from installation on insufficient or improperly prepared wall surfaces.
• Packaging Adjustments: To ensure safe transit, some items are packed tightly. Upon arrival, some minor self-assembly or hardware tightening may be required to achieve the exact aesthetic shown in our marketing materials.

Usage Safety & Liability Waiver

The safe use of Shelvino products is the responsibility of the consumer.

• Fragile & Heavy Items: Wine bottles are heavy and glass is fragile. We are not liable for any glass breakage, wine loss, or injury resulting from overloading the racks beyond their stated capacity or placing them on unstable surfaces.
• Maintenance: We strongly recommend placing floor-standing racks on level ground and away from high-traffic areas where they may be bumped. Shelvino shall not be held responsible for property damage or personal injury (including trips or falls) arising from the placement or misuse of our products.

Errors, Pricing & Logistics Delays

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

• Shipping Estimates: All provided delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or logistical backlogs.
